The Operator's Predisposition Laboratory is based on the WOMBAT-CS computer system by Aero Innovation, which allows to evaluate the psychotechnical predispositions of people to control complex machines. It was created to determine the psychotechnical abilities of candidates for aircraft pilots, air traffic controllers, train drivers, operators of crane machines, ships, etc. The test assesses the ability to concentrate on the task, operational efficiency, decision-making properties, resistance to stress, pressure and fatigue. The operator's psycho-technical abilities have a direct impact on the operator's safety and efficiency. The WOMBAT system makes it possible to carry out individual tests (WOMBAT-CS) and cooperation in the crew (Duo-WOMBAT) Tests at the Wombat-CS Operator Predisposition Laboratory are a mandatory part of the recruitment of candidates for the pilot specialization at the Rzeszów University of Technology.
